The Role
As a Business Development Intern, you'll work directly with the founder and leadership team to identify growth opportunities, research potential sellers and partners, and support the outreach process that brings new businesses onto the getoday marketplace. This is a real, hands-on role — not coffee-fetching. You'll see your work directly shape the company's growth.
What you'll do
- Research and identify potential sellers, suppliers, and brand partners suited to the getoday marketplace
- Support outreach — drafting emails, pitches, and partnership proposals
- Help build and maintain a pipeline of prospective sellers and partners
- Assist with market research to identify new product categories and growth opportunities
- Support the seller onboarding process, from first contact through to sign-up
- Take notes and follow up on partnership calls and meetings
- Contribute ideas on how getoday can grow its seller base faster and more efficiently
What we're looking for
- Currently studying or recently graduated — business, marketing, economics, or related field preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident reaching out to new people — cold outreach won't scare you off
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks
- Genuine interest in e-commerce, startups, or entrepreneurship
- No prior experience required — we'll teach you the rest
