The Role

As a Marketplace Operations Intern, you'll work closely with the founder and operations team to support the day-to-day running of the getoday marketplace — from seller onboarding to platform operations and process improvement. You'll get a first-hand look at how a growing marketplace is built and run, with real responsibility from day one.

What you'll do

• Support the seller onboarding process — reviewing applications, verifying documents, and setting up new sellers on the platform
• Help maintain and update seller records, listings, and marketplace data
• Monitor seller performance and compliance against marketplace policies
• Assist with identifying and resolving operational issues across the platform
• Support process documentation — helping build clear, repeatable workflows as we scale
• Help coordinate between sellers, internal teams, and platform tools
• Contribute ideas on how to make onboarding and operations faster and smoother

What we're looking for

• Currently studying or recently graduated — business, operations, supply chain, or related field preferred
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, data, and multiple tools/platforms
• Good written communication skills
• Proactive problem-solver, comfortable figuring things out independently
• Genuine interest in e-commerce, marketplaces, or operations
• No prior experience required — we'll teach you the rest
